100% advance payment along with the completed registration form confirms your enrolment in the programme. A GST tax invoice with GSTIN will be issued (eligible for input tax credit). TDS under Section 194J is acknowledged, with Form 16A provided. Fees are non-transferable once confirmed.

All fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed. In case of a genuine emergency, you may request a one-time batch transfer to a future month, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours before your first session via WhatsApp. No partial or full refunds will be issued.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, up to two makeup sessions can be arranged within the same month or in upcoming batches, subject to availability. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.

• Participants are expected to attend all sessions for maximum benefit.
• Please bring your laptop or iPad for interactive exercises as instructed.
• Respectful and professional behaviour is expected at all times during sessions.

IFM is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. All sessions are educational only — no personalised recommendations or named securities are advised, and IFM receives no commissions from any product provider. Participants' investment decisions are their own; IFM accepts no liability for financial outcomes.

• Handbooks and workshop materials are IFM's intellectual property, provided for personal use only.
• Participants may not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without prior written consent.

IFM may capture photos and videos during sessions for use on its website, social media, and promotional materials. By completing registration, you consent to the use of such content. If you prefer not to appear in any media, please inform us in writing before your first session and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

Registration data (name, email, phone number, age) is collected solely for the purpose of programme delivery, communication regarding scheduled sessions, and payment processing. Your data is not shared with third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

All fees are quoted inclusive of GST. Fee amounts and early-bird pricing (where applicable) are as displayed on the registration page at the time of enrolment and are valid for the current batch cycle only.

IFM and its facilitators shall not be held liable for any financial losses, investment decisions, or outcomes arising from the application of concepts taught in our workshops. Participation is at your own discretion and risk.
